The New KOBELION series delivers up to 15% improvement in specific energy efficiency, significantly reducing electricity costs and CO2 emissions. Key upgrades include a cutting-edge, gear-driven air-end, premium efficient motors (IE4/IE5 equivalent), and advanced VS⁺ wide-range control for optimal energy savings.
Built for harsh conditions, it features enhanced environmental durability up to 50°C, a low-vibration package design, an integrated NGSC-700 controller, and built-in group control for up to 6 units.
New generation air-end, delivering significant efficiency improvement compared to previous model. Direct-Gear-Drive design eliminates maintenance of coupling and v-belt, ensuring seamless integration of the powertrain. Experience enhanced reliability and extended maintenance intervals.
Inverter models can be optionally equipped with IPM equivalent to IE5-class efficiency. Fixed-speed models are equipped with IE4-class high-efficiency motors. Bearings undergo high-temperature stabilization treatment, enhancing high-temperature durability.

KOBELCO’s wide range control, a pioneer in low-pressure increased airflow control for inverter machines, is also applied to large oil-injected models. A single model provides optimal variable speed control at all pressure points to optimize the user’s energy -saving benefits.
Standard equipped dust filter elevates the environmental performance against dust and firth. Optimized cooling system enables to run even up to 50℃ ambient temperature.
The adoption of spacious air piping and Victaulic joins reduces vibration and contributes to low pressure losses in the discharge air lines. The oil separation performance its industry- leading standard of 1.6ppm and less.
Up to 6 units of compressor can be control by inbuilt sequencing function without external control panel. (Hard wire connections are needed)
